These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at takehomeservicebangalore.com and all appliance repair and maintenance services provided by TakeHomeServiceBangalore (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a service, submitting the contact form, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. About the Company
TakeHomeServiceBangalore (operating as Customer-Care-24×7) is an independent appliance repair network specialising in LG home appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, dishwashers, televisions, microwave ovens, and geysers.
We are an independent service provider and are NOT affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries. Any reference to “LG” on our website is solely to describe the category of appliances we service.
2. Services Offered
We offer the following services at your doorstep:
- Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of LG home appliances
- Installation and uninstallation of air conditioners
- Gas recharging for refrigerators and air conditioners
- Supply and fitting of LG-compatible spare parts
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans for eligible appliances
Service availability is subject to pincode coverage, technician availability, and the nature of the appliance fault. We serve Bangalore and select cities including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune.
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1 A service request can be placed by calling us at 8105592944 or by submitting the online form on our website. Submission of a form constitutes a request for a callback, not a confirmed booking.
3.2 Our coordinator will call you within 15 minutes of receiving your request to confirm the appointment slot, verify pincode availability, and provide a technician ETA.
3.3 We will endeavour to provide same-day service for bookings made before 6:00 PM. Same-day availability is not guaranteed and is subject to technician capacity in your area.
3.4 You are responsible for ensuring an adult (18 years or above) is present at the service location at the agreed time. If no one is available, the visit may be cancelled and a rescheduling fee may apply
4. Diagnosis and Repair
4.1 Upon arrival, our certified technician will conduct a thorough on-site diagnosis and provide you with a transparent, itemised quote before commencing any repair work.
4.2 No repair work will begin without your explicit approval of the quoted price. You are free to decline the repair after the diagnosis, though a diagnosis/inspection fee may apply (see Section 5).
4.3 We use LG-compatible spare parts sourced from authorised distributors. Where original manufacturer parts are unavailable, we will inform you and use the best available compatible alternative.
4.4 We do not guarantee that every appliance fault can be repaired. In cases where repair is not feasible, we will inform you accordingly.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Our pricing is transparent. All charges, including labour, parts, and applicable taxes (GST), will be communicated before work begins.
5.2 A visit/inspection fee may be charged in cases where the customer declines the repair after diagnosis. This fee will be communicated in advance.
5.3 For AMC customers, no visit fee is charged on covered visits as specified in the AMC agreement.
5.4 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods as notified at the time of booking.
5.5 All invoices are provided digitally or in hard copy upon request. Invoices include a warranty card for replaced parts.
6. Warranty on Repairs
6.1 We provide a warranty on workmanship and replaced spare parts. The warranty period varies by service type and will be specified on your invoice/warranty card.
6.2 The warranty is void if:
- The appliance is tampered with by a third party after our service
- The fault arises due to misuse, voltage fluctuations, or physical damage
- Consumables (e.g., refrigerant gas) require replenishment due to normal use
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TakeHomeServiceBangalore shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services
- Loss of data, loss of use, or loss of revenue arising from appliance downtime
- Any pre-existing faults or conditions that were not caused by our technician
- Damage caused by power surges, flooding, or other external factors beyond our control
7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service visit shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that particular service.
8. Customer Obligations
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking a service
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance for our technician
- Inform our technician of any known hazards or safety risks at the premises
- Not misrepresent the condition, warranty status, or fault history of the appliance
- Treat our technicians with respect and courtesy at all times
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
9.1 You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling us at least two (2) hours before the scheduled visit, at no charge.
9.2 Cancellations made less than two hours before a scheduled visit, or failure to be present at the agreed time, may attract a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
9.3 We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of TakeHomeServiceBangalore and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
“LG” and all related marks are trademarks of LG Electronics Inc. Their use on our website is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
